Bolton Wanderers are calling on their fans to fill the Toughsheet Community Stadium for a key run of three home games in 22 days. The club wants to harness the momentum from securing two consecutive Championship wins for the first time since 2018.
Steven Schumacher's side, currently 15th in the Championship with 10 points from eight games, have found form with victories over Cardiff City and Norwich City. The 4-3 win at Norwich on September 20, featuring goals from Thierry Gale, Gaizka Larrazabal, Sam Dalby and Atsuki Ito, was their first away win of the season and part of a recent run of two wins in five matches.
After the international break, the focus shifts to a trio of home fixtures that could define their early-season progress. The run starts with a visit from seventh-placed Stoke City on Saturday 10 October. Middlesbrough follow on Friday 23 October, before Bristol City arrive on Saturday 31 October for the club's designated Remembrance fixture.
That final match of the sequence will feature a formal Act of Remembrance on the pitch before kick-off. Rev Hannah Lane, Vicar of Bolton, will deliver the Ode, a bugler will play The Last Post, and a minute's silence will be observed. Wreaths will be laid pitch-side by serving personnel, who will also lead a Guard of Honour comprising standard bearers, veterans, serving members and club staff.
Tickets for all three games are on sale now, with hospitality packages also available and selling quickly. The club is encouraging season ticket holders to use their guaranteed seats to bring guests and advising all supporters to book early to avoid queues and potential sell-outs. The push for a full house aims to provide a tangible boost as Bolton look to climb the table, with top scorer Thierry Gale having netted three times so far. The next test is Stoke at home on 10 October.
